Sorry, the taping service is closed indefinitely. I may resume it, I
may not. I will get everyone I owe tapes to their tapes, and then that's
it, I'm done.

There are many people who will make tapes for you out there, but I haven't
the time or energy to coordinate.  Try joining the Gatchaman mailing list.
To do so, send an email to majordomo@tao.agoron.com, with the words

subscribe gatchaman

in the body, and no header. There are lots of friendly people there who
will make tapes for fellow fans.
